St. Dominic Savio once again conducted the IV Savio Hoop Basketball tournament for budding basketball players from the schools around Mumbai. The tournament was scheduled for the 16th & 17th July 2011 and 24 teams participated in the tournament. On the A level there were 6 Boys teams and 6 Girls teams and in the B level there were 6 boys teams and 6 Girls teams.
On account of the incessant rains the tournament had to be held indoors in the under-croft of the school.
The winners of the A level Boys were: Don Bosco Matunga
The winners of the B level Boys were St. Joseph's Wadala
The winners of the A level Girls were Yibgour High and
The winners of the B level Girls were Canossa High School.
