Teams gathered at the inauguration of the
5-a-side Football tournament for Diwali
The GeX Unit of the Past Pupils of St. Dominic Savio's School organized a 5-a-side Football tournament on Diwali day for all the Past Pupils. It was a wonderful occasion where 16 teams came together to celebrate the Festival of Lights in the spirit of Don Bosco bringing to the group the light of Don Bosco & Dominic Savio. The tournament was inaugurated by Fr. Godfrey D'Souza the Rector of the Institute with Fr. Blaise Fernandes the Delegate of the Past Pupils being present on the occasion.
Fr. Godfrey in his welcome speech thanked the young past pupils for the time and sacrifice they put into organizing the tournament and for their spirit of hard work and dedication. Fr. Godfrey also thanked Fr. Blaise for being there for the past pupils and for encouraging them in their endeavours.
